The office offers a full array of modern therapy equipment, including the latest in surface neurostimulation for pain control to other effective modalities used in most hospitals.
Non-invasive manual muscle testing procedures are also available and all services are provided by skilled physicians or trained technical staff members to assure patient safety. This helps to insure patient comfort in a quiet, clean and pleasant office environment.
Manipulation: Manipulation of the spine and other peripheral joints is practiced. These may include non-surgical treatment of disc injuries, non-invasive closed reduction techniques as well as various soft tissue manipulations like trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Manipulation is often the treatment of choice for many conditions relating to skeletal dysfunction.
Massage Therapy: A licensed massage therapist is on staff at the clink and has undergone extensive training in various techniques. These include sports massage, acute, Shiatsu, Swedish, myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy and many others.
Phonophoresis: This service is often preformed in acute pain cases. This is a non-invasive method of pain control in which ultrasonic therapy is used with a coupling medium to transfer a topical agent deeper into the involved tissue. This is accomplished with out the use of needles.
New Patients
Patients in pain will be seen immediately.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time that is appropriate for your individual case. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us and to the other clinic patients. A charge may be made for appointments broken without sufficient notice, as we may have reserved time and often special equipment for you. Please give at least twenty-four hours notice if you cannot keep an appointment.
Insurance Information
We
are a preferred provider and UCR particicpant in the major Blue Cross
and Blue Shield plans, Costwise, Mailhandlers, State Teachers, Aetna
and many others.
Ask your carrier about your plan
for all covered services. Our staff is very exprienced in verifying
insurance benefits and will be happy to assist you with any questions
you may have.
We make every attempt to keep down the cost of your
Chiropractic health care needs. Most patients with health insurance are
provided for as well, under the out patient portion of these plans.
We will assist you in receiving the maximum benefits under
your policy, however, please remember that the agreement for your
contract is between you and your carrier.
We understand that questions may arise on insurance
matters and the insurance manager of the Clinic will pleasedto discuss
them with you. You may call the clinic during normal business hours
Monday through Friday for assistance.
Referrals
The Doctor and staff of this office are very familiar with many of the specialist in the area, as well as the nearby facilities that offer specialized treatment and diagnostic services.
Our
commitment to the community is to see that each patient receives the
most appropriate care possible, as a result the Clinic serves as a
portal of entry to total patient care. Many of these ancillary and
primary service providers as well as out of town services are stored in
the clinic computer system, so if you have specific needs in these
areas, we will try to be of assistance to you.
The Clinic also accepts referrals from the local primary
care providers wishing to incorporate manual manipulation and therapy
services into their patient's treatment regime. This type of
multidisciplinary approach only benefits and enhances a patient's
chance for full recovery. Our office treats the numerous situations
that cause headaches, neck pains, arm and leg pains, mid and lower back
pains as well as being available to consult with you in regard to the
health care needs of your entire family.
Acute Care
Auto Accidents or Injuries
If you have been injured in any accident, at work, at home, away from home, or in an automobile accident, please tell us at the time of your first appointment. We will assist you with the required paperwork and complete all necessary forms for your insurance adjuster or your attorney.

Massage Therapy
A licensed massage therapist is on staff and available for appointments at the clinic.
Our therapist has been trained in acute care massage, sports massage, Shiatsu massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques and many others.
Careful evaluation of the each individual patients condition is undertaken to assure the most appropriate massage technique is used.
Out Patient Services
Medical Services
The clinic is set in a multidisciplinary environment with essential
medical services available on site. If a patient develops a need for
medical attention they can be seen at the same location and often the
same day. This unique and close working relationship is in place for
the benefit of our patients.
Physical Examination
Our
Doctors and staff provide a large number of services and procedures on
an out patient basis. They include Physical Exams, Pre-employment
physicals and Drug screening urinalysis. In regards to pre-employment
examination, our office pays special attention to predisposition and
the risk factors of a given job description and the physical condition
of an applicant, especially the spine.
X-Ray or Radiographic Services
General radiographic services are available during normal clinic hours,
special emphasis is on spinal study, but all joints and areas can be
ordered. Please advise the X-ray department and front desk of any
suspected pregnancy. The clinic site is licensed and inspected by our
state, meeting the highest standards. Our equipment is professionally
maintained and we use state of the art Rare Earth Imaging to further
minimize patient exposure. Other diagnostics are available by referral,
including mammograms, CT scans, Bone scans and MRI.
